Anyone have 1 X 1024 working in the K8V?

Just a quick post before I hit the doors... but does anyone have any 1 X 1GB ram setups working in the K8VSE/ K8V? I just got a cheap stick off a computer vendor and its a no-go.. I have to read the manual and check out the configs...

All I can say is the chip is 16 X 64MB. I will update with details!
 
Yeah, I am going to have to look at the stick more closely. I have the settings in the my K8VSE's bios as "auto" for the memory. To me this translates to SPD settings. However once I get the full specs, I think setting the bios to specific timings on the memory might make it run? I was just wondering if anyone else had any luck with 1024mb of memory in one stick. The stick I was able to get was 16 X 64mb chips (double Sided).

Anyone have any interesting memory setups going? I know this could be in different categories, but I was trying to figure specifics to this board.
 
darnnit! I have 128 X 4 1024mb stick.

1GB DDR Memory
PC 2700 (333 MHz)
128X64 Module Configuration
128x4 Chip Configuration
No ECC; No Register
16 Chip

Has anyone seen this working anywhere?!
