Anyone has the Manfrotto 560B monopod with legs

I have a HF100 as well as a Velbon DV-7000 tripod. While the Velbon is great, smooth pan/tilts, I find it rather bulky for the tiny HF100 when on the move or even shooting school shows from the benches.

So am contemplating to getting a monopod. Found a few but the Manfrotto 560B Monopodcaught my attention as it has fluid base and QR head.

Anyone has this monopod and can share some comments/advice. Or even if it's not the 560B but an equivalent model from any other brand that has a micro fluid head.

Edit: From what I've read so far, looks like the only downside to the 560B is that you cannot lock down the pivot ball which means it cannot be left for static shots.

Thanks
