Anyone has Sprint TP1100 phone? I need your opinion.

My Motorola Timeport broke just recently, the backlight doesn't work anymore.
So I got a new TP1100 yesterday new for around $55.
I have not open and try it yet, I want to know everyone's experience with this phone first.
I read on the website that the battery's life is very pathetic, how long does yours usually last?
Some of them complain about lots of drop calls, but I suspect that's because they live in rural area.
I don't mind the single band because mainly I use it in the Phoenix metro area
Do your phone drop calls a lot? Any other bad experience with this phone?
Do you think it's worth it to buy the TP5250 and add around $100?

I have the tp1100. I have beeb very happy with it.

The battery life is not all that great, but look at the size of it.
You can sit on standy for a few days, talk for about 3 hours straight.

Dropped calls have nothing to do with the phone. That is just the over burdened network they keep over selling.
The front caller ID screen is great.

Overall the phone was worth the 120 I paid last year, and definatly worth 55 bucks.

I have the TP1100 and TP5250. The 5250 is definetly cooler looking and has some nicer extras like Commanche 2 and voice memo. It also supports 3G voice coming later this year.

The battery life is about the same on both. I can go about 5 days without charging. Both are very solid phones.
