my sd300 got really bad red eye issue when I take picture indoor, is it common or just me?

not true. I have owned sd10 and sd20(which are smaller than the sd300). I took thousands of pic with them without any redeye issue at all.

i own one... seems fine to me~

doesn't it depend on how far away ppl are from the camera?

use the red eye feature and it helps considerably. but yes, there is definately red eye. BUT THE CAMERA IS SOOOO SWEET. i love mine

Both S series Canon cameras I have owned had bad red-eye issues. I think it has to do with the proximity of the flash to the lens.

It effects all small cameras to some degree.
