Anyone has a MB MSI 865PE PLAT?

The damn passive northbridge heatsink is like 2/3mm away from the cpu cooler? I have a TT Spark installed but its too noisy. Dont wanna go to water neither peltier, and i cant find a cooler that fits ( the TT Silent tower fits the MB but i cant close the side panel because of the fan in the glass)

HELP. its getting hotter and i OC my 2.8C to 3.5 using 4500rpm ( loud ), and its already starting to get to 60ºC at 100% load ( prime+dvd encoding hey!! its a way to get the processot to 100% )

i got msi 865pe fs2ir .

i have p4 2.8c @ 3.5 once before .

the temp is about the same as p4 2.8c .

40-45C because the weather is too hot .
