click on the little eyeglasses of the person you want to rate...that is their profile. it is on there. if the glasses aren't there they then don't have their profile turned on. if you don't see at the bottom of the profile a place to rate them...then they have the rating turned off. 🙂

It's all meaningless. If you have a high rating, most people will give you low votes out of spite, and if your rating is low, they will give you high votes out of pity. The first vote for me was a ten, and the second one was a one.
