anyone had vsync problems with the game dungeon siege?

every time i play the game i keep geiing unpleasent image tearing i have tried almost every thing to stop it like the vsync=true command /using utilitys to enable vsync changing drivers reinstalling the game yet it still keeps happening anyone else had problems? (my system is a athlon 2000xp geforce 3 ti 200)
oh and it only happens with dungeon siege

Did you try disabling vsync through your video card drivers?
