Anyone had problems with FedEx "Estimated delivery"?

This is the first time I've ever had something not show on this day. The tracking of the package doesn't even show it entering my city. Should I be worried that it is lost or just wait a day or two?

UPS Ground has the same issues during the holiday season for me killershroom1985; be patient and add a day to the original est. delivery date 🙂
 
Funny you should mention it ...

I have a couple items on the way that FedEx estimated delivery today. As of 2:54pm they were still 130 miles away.
However they were FedEx ground and shouldn't be due yet.

Last week I got a "Delivery Exception" after On truck for delivery. It came the next day. They left the package on the rain, outside. They said nobody was home the day before, which was not true. Besides, they never knock and just leave it outside.
 
Well, the bastages said they tried delivering mine at 7pm this afternoon.....I was there...my dog always goes crazy when someone comes to the door....nada. I called them up and they are going to try again monday. Now I'm having to use my old case with one optical/2 hard drives in fear of it not working right with my 7800GT :laugh: (took out other optical drive + floppy and a hard drive. So damn nice with just one IDE cable in there...whew... I think I will pick some round IDE cables up if I can find them for cheap...rambling now 😛

Yeah it showed up on the 9th.
FedEx was off a day in their estimation, but only took 4 days for Ground service.

Though they put it on the truck for delivery in Tyler ... 40 miles from here. Guess they didn't want the local guys delivering it. Odd.

So now I have a new Asrock Dual SATA2 motherboard and Athlon 64 3200+. 🙂
