Anyone had issues w/ ATT earlier today?

Between 3:30 & 4:30pm ET today, we started having issues for traffic going through ATT's internet circuit.

Circuit & BGP stayed up, but issue cleared when we failed all traffic to the redundant VzB circuit.
ATT claimed they're not seeing any issues, so I was wondering if anyone had the same experience?
