Anyone had any spam problems with yourfreepresent.com?

I was curious if anyone has had any problems with unsolicited mail from yourfreepresent.com? I once could not get them to stop emailing without threatening a lawsuit, and now they have started back.. They are based out of NYC, and I am in Huntsville, Alabama. I have saved all the recent emails from them, and would like to take them to court under the spam laws.. They have repeatedly ignored my requests to take me off their list, and I am getting 2-3 emails a day from them.
If anyone else has this problem as well, would you be interested in a class-action suit?
I am new at going after spammers, and normalyl wouldn't, but I did not ask to be put on their list, and they will not take me off..
