Anyone had a Samsonite chair?

I'm looking at this chair. I like it, but I'm wondering if anyone has had a chair made by them.

If so, how durable was it? Did it lose it's quality quickly? Bad customer service? If I'm going to pay $200 for a chair, it had better last me for a long time.
