Anyone had a Radeon and a GeForce2 Ultra?

Has anyone had both a Radeon and a GeForce2 Ultra to truly compare the cards? If so, what do you think?

if u goto Rage3D and check the forums there are few ppl that made the change from Geforce 2 to Radeon and love it. However i dotn think i've seen anyone changing from Ultra to Radeon or the other way cause ultra is so dang expansive. just my $.02

I have the GeForce 2 32MB DDR and the Radeon 32MB DDR. I haven't had much time to play around with the Radeon. I'm still trying to figure out why it is locking up in some OpenGL games. The Radeon that is.

Adam, do lockups occur when you're running your 650e at 866Mhz? (i.e. 66Mhz AGP bus)

Yep. I tried that too. Still locks up. It only appears to lock up in Quake 2. Quake 3, Homeworld, Homeworld Cataclysm, Heavy Metal FAKK2, Soldier of Fortune, Half-Life (Counter-Strike), and Elite Forces all play fine. Whats up with Quake 2? It won't last more than 5 minutes.

The Radeon can do at least 89 Mhz, so that's not it. OpenGL freezes on my AIW Radeon in Win2k also, about 2 minutes, but not on my Radeon 64 MB, weird.
