Anyone gotten a warranty from Samsclub?

We're buying a Freezer from Samsclub and I see online they have a 3yr (after the manuf. warr runs out) warranty they can add on for like $40. I normally get warranties from Best Buy on expensive electronic things but don't know hoiw Sams' warrnties work and if anyone has ever had to make a claim against one.

If you have, let me know how it worked out.
