Anyone got this Connecting to Account bug in Battlefield 2?

When i choose my profile and i click connect...it take like 2 min to log to the server screen, but first, it doesnt bring me at the server list but it load me automaticly in a game at random.Then i gotta hit ESC to cancel so it bring me to the server screen.

Anyone got that bug?Know a way to fix it?

You're probably clicking on the "Start playing Battlefield now!" (or whatever it says) shortcut, right? That shortcut takes you straight into a game, which I guess it picks the one with the lowest ping for you. The other shortcut will just open the game.

about 2/5 times I load it to play, it crashes to desktop either starting up or when I click on a map to play online....oh and sometimes in game....still play it though...

You installed the new 1.2 patch?

If you haven't already, try updating to 1.02. It's all the fixes of 1.01, and it doesn't have the memory leak. You can look for it here, or there is a list of download places at http://www.totalbf2.com.
