Anyone got an old browser they can test this on? IE/Netscape 4 or below....

I am thinking of redoing my site with CSS but I don't know what will happen when people try to view it with older browsers. Can somebody tell me what these CSS frames look like in an older browser..... http://www.thenoodleincident.com/tutorials/box_lesson/boxes.html. Do they show up? I want to be able to use CSS but heard it's not backwards compatable at all. I want to make sure it will have some backwards compatability before I go and redesign my site. At least the way it is now you can still view the tables in an older browser (even though it doesn't look so good).
