Anyone got a place with *low* shipping costs...? cant find any...

I wanna buy a mouse, keyboard, etc, other inexpensive stuff, but everywhere i go the shipping costs more than the price of the actual products, i would just go to a local store if there were any near me, but there arent, let me know if ya know about any places online with lower shipping charges than some of the other, thanks.
