Anyone got a Gigabyte 7N400-L1 working?

I've posted on the tech support forum about a randowm file corruption problem I've been having, and the only part left I haven't tested is the motherboard.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced any problems with the 7N400-L1. It's brand new here in Australia - maybe I should have gone for something tried and true, but it's just a cut down 7N400 pro, which has been getting rave reviews.

Anyway, would just like to hear of issues with the board.

Thanks. Russell.

Check out the NForcersHQ site. Hope it doesn't discourage. I have the 400Pro and many problems along with everyone else. You are right about those reviews, they did rave about these boards and I can't believe with everyone having the problems they are that they don't mention it. And I can't believe that Giga isn't doing something about it. I'm really surprised that I'm not seeing more posts here on this. I started coming to the Anandtech site for technical info, seems like more people are going to the sale forums. This problem isn't just Giga, its all the nf2 boards. I did see a tech from the Lan Party board co. on one forum and I've got to give them credit. Check out the site I've listed and see if I'm alone on this.

While I did not check out your previous post about file corruption, can I assume it on a sata drive?

In any event you do want to chek out nforcershq.com as carpenter said, also check out amdmb.com gigabyte sections, there are several modded bios's to address different issues.
