Is it any good. Judging by the games it seems about as powerfull as a sega genesis. I have my PC for games but I don't have enough cash for a laptop for the 48 hour trip back home(Zambia) via London for the holidays. Plus I can let my cos play it to keep him from bugging me when I am home.
 
I have one , its grrreat!!!! If u get it , get the game "Castlevania, Circle of the Moon" bitchin game. I think the gameboy uses a 32 bit cpu, so kinda like a PS with crappy graphics and crappy sound.

got one for my dad. the game (namco museum) is very very dark on that screen. even tried new batteries to brighten the thing.
 
yeah.. it's awesome. Just got one for my friend and the day he opened it I played with it more than he did. It's wicked, but it would be way better with a active matrix display. Still though, it's good in the light, but bad in the dark. And yeah, 32 bit is awesome.
 
I basically need to make $750 this summer. So far, I have $52.. If it weren't for the dance, the graduation party, and me losing $20, I'd have $150 or so.. 🙁
If you read the above, that basically means I don't have one, and don't have enough $$ to get one 😛

and the two gameboy color zelda games know that you have a gameboy advance. special stuff!
 
i just got one.so far i'm pretty happy with it.some games are alittle dark.i would suggest getting the pelican light sheild advance right away.i was real disappointed at first when all i had was the worm light.just wish they would of but a back lite display in it.even if it had to be alittle bigger and heavier from the power pack.all in all it was a good purchase though and will hold me off till ati gets thier arss in gear and gets the mobility radeon to the shelves. :<)
