I've been meaning to setup some home security using infrared cameras for a long time now but unfortunately I know very little about this field and always have a lack for time to put enough research into it.
i was hoping someone here had already set up something like a system where you have multiple cameras hooked into a computer which either automatically records when a motion sensor is triggered or when you manually do it viewing from online or something.
Would be really good if the cameras were wireless too
Anyone have any suggestions/recommendations on this?
I have of course looked at X10 gear but I am a bit wary of that site - it's like one of those tv infomercials which you know you're gonna get ripped off on... but if you guys vouch for it I would try it
