I'm trying to simulate a half-wave rectifier...but I can't find out how to monitor the waveform, or to see up the VAC with the correct info. It only has the magnitude of the source and phase but not the frequency. It has an AC Sweep but I just want a 10V 60 hz sinusoidal source.

Put your tongue on ======= side of rectifier beads and if you feel the jiggle you have ripples but no a/c. Rectifiers are the only component known that get HOT when OFF! Why is that? There is no A/C! bwahahaha.

Yeah been a whiles sinceme used pspice and pads for design. Shoot that was i386 days and program was on 5 and a quarter "diskettes" or whatever. Good luck with that one.

Only took me 5 years of undergrad to learn that!

Never did like PSpice. I finally learned Matlab last year.

Use the VSIN source, VAC is for an AC sweep. Set up a voltage probe and do a transient analysis.

Edit: And do your own homework. :p
