how do I graph lyl + lxl = 2 ?
I am have forgotten all my algebra and been having a hard time, anyone know what kinda graph is it and how I can solve it? step by step would be nice. please help this dumbass out. Thanks.

It looks like a 2x2 box tilted 45 degrees. Positive y-intercept is (0, 2), and y decreases in a 1:1 ratio for each x until it reaches the x-intercepts at (2, 0) and (-2, 0). Then the lines come back together, for each negative y x decreases by 1 until you get the y intecept at (0, -2). See, |-2| + |0| = 2, |0| + |-2| = 2, and |-1| + |-1| = 2.

|y| = 2 - |x| Pick points and make a table.

Remember, every value will be in the first quadrant. Probably look like a y = - x but with an offset and not entering into the other quadrants.
