Anyone good at Photoshop? Need image resized.

Howdy,

I have this picture which was created for me in PhotoShop. I have access to Photoshop 7 (but haven't used it before) and am trying to resize the image to make it much smaller. However when I do, the shadowing stays at the preset distance away from the font which makes it look dumb afterwards. Can anyone who actually knows how to use Photoshop tell me how I can resize the image and keep the shadowing looking the same as it does in the large pictures in reference to the distance away from the font that it is?

Or just resize the image to about 10% of what it is now and post it back?

If you want to save it as a JPG image, just go to File, Save For Web, and down the right side will be a tab that says Image Size, enter 10 into the percentage box (default will be 100) and hit Save, give it a file name, and it will save
