Anyone going to watch the new *uncensored* South Park tonight?

At least one word will be uncensored. I'm assuming it's SH!T, but I could be wrong. We'll just have to see. For those who don't know it's on Comedy Central at 10PM Eastern & Pacific, 9PM for Central. Hopefully it will be a good episode, it's been a while since they've had any new ones.

<< South Park is still on the air? Damn! >>

Yeah, I know. I can't imagine that it will last much longer, but maybe they can improve the show a little before it's over.

They've said SH!T 64 times before the first commercial break. 8 minutes. It's not really big deal I guess.

IMO that show is essentially a novelty act, and I guess they have to ratchet it up somewhat to keep whatever audience they still have. I have always felt shock value was the main thing that made that show in any way interesting.

That show has more intellectual humor than A LOT of shows on TV these days.

saying sh!t 159 times is not funny. this is probably one of the worst sp's I've seen, and I like most of them.

That may be so, but I can't help but compare it to the Simpsons, which has worlds more depth. I have a hard time sitting through a whole episode of SP, whereas I can watch the Simpsons over and over and over and still find things to laugh at. In all fairness the Simpsons is the only show I watch week in and week out, as I find most TV dull.

It reminds me a lot of the movie. Not funny whatsoever, just trying (unsucsessfully) to make it funny by swearing a lot.

162 times total, but the episode wasn't really that good IMO. Oh well, next week is Big Gay Al.

Final tally 162 times. I find it strange that this comes on the same day that the reports of the plague infested prariedogs <sp?> in Colorado were on the news.

Apparently Uncle Jimbo may be gay now, so it's convenient that Big Gay Al is going to be around.

I am still perplexed. How did they get away with saying sh!t so much? I don't have anything against bad words (I use them frequently). Did the FCC lift sh!t from the "banned on US TV" list after a certain hour?

I'm surprised that you don't realize how much our generation knows. Now stop knocking the younger kids :)

LMAO @ "your generation."

You do realize I'm only a few years older than you?

I'm 19, you're what... 14 or maybe 15 now?
