Sorry I didnt see this sooner. I am actually here at TechEd right now. There are many things to do around here. I recommend Adobe Gilas at point orlando for a decent bar. If you are looking for decent places to eat you may also want to check out rain forrest cafe and fultons crab house. I hope your company has a decent expense allowance for those two though. I live in Florida so most of the attractions arnt really attractive to me (pun intended) but there is a plethora of things to see here.
