Anyone going crazy?

I've been steadily hearing more and more voices over the past 4 or 5 years. At this point I'm about 40% nuts and the voices keep asking me to do bad things. Anyone have any personal experience with this? Would it be better to buy something at the store or go have it done at a barber/beauty salon?
