EDIT: It stands for Monster Diversity Leadership Program, and it was held at Chapman University. Most people applied through a Fastweb e-mail.
Basically it was an all expenses paid weekend where they helped you with resumes, interviews, and everything job related with actual hiring managers and staff people from different companies like HP, Price WaterHouse Coopers, and New York Life there.
They jammed it into 2 days...it was a good experience, but very tiring.
