Anyone getting the server browser to work in UT2K3 now?

i got it to work for a while last night but nothing all morning now. Is it just me? There's no info on it being down on any of the sites. Just gets stuck on "Querying Master Server" for me.
 
Doesn't work for me either. It's supposed to work after retrying and waiting, but I don't seem to be patient enough. You can still connect manually by adding the address to the command line or via the console command "open".
