Anyone getting jipped by Staples lately?

I've been doing a good bit of Staples.com rebates lately, and all of a sudden--wham!--my account suddenly goes bad. They can access it over the phone, but online it just tells me that there was an error while processing my rebate. Also, my rebate checks are one month overdue now. What gives?:confused:

When I call them (1-800-staples3), they tell me that parago is handling all of the rebate stuff. Then I call parago (1-888-856-9210) and they say everything is fine and that it's probably just a little backlogged, or that there's just some error in the system but everything checks out. Should I be worried?:confused:
