Anyone getting artifacts in vietcong 2?

I dunno why but for some reason everytime I boot the vietcong 2 demo i get artifacts all over the screen. Its like this in the menu also, it eventually stops when i enter a game and then rns incredibly smooth and no artifacting. I did have a minor OC but then i even ran my card at default speeds but still got just as many. Just wondering anyone else experiencing this?
