Anyone Get the 3:4 ratio to work on i845g?

I have an Epox 4g4a+ and a bad 1.6a. My 1.6a hits 155Mhz but requires 1.75volts. So i backed it down to 150MHz. My two sticks of samsung pc2100 on that board can hit 400MHz stably, but I can only get this using the 3:4 ratio. But everytime I use the 3:4 ratio at this high of a fsb, apps freeze and the speakers make high frequency noises. Can anyone help. I have to use the 4:5 ratio, which my mem only gets to about 374Mhz.
