Downloaded the demo, haven't played it yet. Sounds fun though. I'll post back when I've had a chance to try it out.

I downloaded the trial last night and took it for a spin. I haven't played the XBox Live portion of it yet but I probably will when I get home tonight. It seems to be a fun game that mixes shooter elements (it's done from a third person perspective though) and tower defense elements. You also have the option to upgrade the skills on your character during gameplay and each character has different special skills. I had a good amount of fun just playing against the bots and I'm sure playing against real people will be even more fun. If you're looking for a really brief synopsis on the game then I'd say its like somebody mashed together Defense Grid, Team Fortress 2 (the graphics look very Team Fortress-ish) and added a pinch of WoW (the skill upgrades) all into one game.

I downloaded the demo and was sold :p I purchased it and played it with a friend for about two hours last night.

It's exactly as reviews say, but here's my take on it. We only tried the PVE version twice. The first level (10 round exhibition) was way too easy, and the 20 round, the next level up was way too hard. Granted, one of the players was level 0, being completely new to the game, and the other was low level as well. (It's very easy to level in this game, which doesn't do much in-game (customized characters) except denote approximately how much you've played.)

The 6v6 PVP is really fun. It's a little like demigod, tower defense, and a 3rd person FPS.

Well worth $12 spent imo, and if anyone is interested in playing it, add me on xbox, as I'll probably be playing it quite a lot this weekend :)

I really wish this game came out for PC instead of xbox, I hate playing shooters on consoles.

I bought it - I can play the 6v6 mode for hours without getting tired of it. Wish there was more communication within teams (practically never had anyone else on mic) but still good fun.

I have a headset/mic if you're down to play, but unfortunately, the thing is super soft even when I have the volume on max. I can barely hear my friend when we play with each other.

He suggested that I get a wireless one because it's louder.

Got the demo, game is alright but I'll probably skip it. Sad as I bought a bunch of MS points for Castlevania, Hydro Thunder, and Tomb Raider and the first two I was underwhelmed with and didn't buy...

I got it the day it was available and have been playing the hell out of it. I use the support guy almost exclusively. I agree that there should be more team communication though.

You didn't like Hydro Thunder? D:

I didn't like it as much as the original arcade/DC game because Boost didn't give you "shields" like it used to, but I thought it was a great game and well worth my $12. Sat down and played it for like 6 hrs straight :p
