Anyone get manicures?

I am one of those white/pasty people that has extremely dry skin. I know for my wedding I actually had a manicure done and they used this 'solution' that got the dead skin off of my hands, it just kinda, rubbed off. ANYONE know what this stuff is??? I am wanting to actually purchase some of this, but i had no idea what it was.
 
its usually just warm water and cuticle oil and "bath salts". you can get the items at any beauty supply store.

Hey send a PM to honkee over in the FS/T forums. I believe he is in the nail business and might be able to help ya on that one.
 
Use lava soap. Drink a lot of water. Put lotion on your hands (or vaseline) at night before going to sleep. Use lotion whenever it's cold outside.
