Anyone get frustrated trying to find a good rwin

Anyone here frustrated trying to find the perfect rwin? Cable modem over here doesn't want to ho high enough and uploads are still faster than downloads?

I downloaded Dr. TCP from dslreports.com but haven't found the ideal setting yet.

uploads faster than downloads? Thats really weird for cable, what kinda speeds we talking about?

200-300 for downloads.. low
600+ for uploads?

This is on a fresh format of c: and clean install of win98.
Newest drivers for linksys ethernet card installed.

mite be more than the rwin setting, try one of the patches here:

I wish i got 600+ up, mine is capped at 128. But them my downloads are 4800+
