I've got 1 on the way, maybe we can compare after they are setup...... I've heard that if you get a decent 1 they are good, and that others have vid card issues.... good luck with yours.

do you mean onboard video or agp based video? I wouldnt even think of the onboard so if that is in issue it is no major concern to me

I've heard a few reports of people having probs with the Nvidia agp cards, quite a few actually, could be they do not know how to set the board up properly tho? I can't say first hand yet, but I'll know in 3 days :)

I got the board up and running, Not a bad board, whole lot of settings in bios to configure tho,and not enuff info on the dip switches, However, Board is running good at 130fsb with my P3 800, at 1050, I can go to 135 fsb so far, but not with the lowest timings,ie;5/7,222,441, which I am running at now. Note: You need the latest bios which is version VW, to get the board to run at 441 stable, at least thats with this setup. Also, I have All the Dip Switches to Off.

That is cool that you like it, I am still somewhat considering it however I am also considering just dumping everthing and going with either an amd or newer flip chip system, oh well I will have to ponder the idea some more since I don't know which brand I want to get.

Hi,I have had this board too. Board had run wery stabile (PIII-550, Katmai at 125 MHz) but only while CPU:SDRAM:pCI ratio was 3:3:1. When I set this ratio to 4:3:1 or 4:4:1, computer did not boot. Onboard AGP and sound disabled.

frantadr, What do you have the Dipswitches set at? I'm not sure it's correct, but I have them all off while using bios to configure the OC, at least it works here, Also, you may want to get the latest bios off the Taiwan site.

Big Lar,
DIP switch is in the default position on my SH6. Maybe, your setting will resolve my problem. Bios version is Sah6_vw.bin.
Thanks,
frantadr

Hi all,
if your SH6 run at CPU:SDRAM:pCI ratio 4:3:1 or 4:4:1, write me please, which type of processor you are using.

Hey guys, I'm having big problems with this boards.first off, I cant get the bloody USB ports to work properly, (it might have something to do with the sound blaster live card installed?). Second, This board is really slow!, or it is for me...I'm running a p3700, no overclock 256mb ram. I ran 3dmark and got something like 18750? fram rates like 25-30? Running a voodoo5500.
Would love some suggestions

DADDYPANK,
you can change default setting of CPU L2 cache and set minimum times for SDRAM (success depend on the quality of SDRAM). And if you run W2K, then see "arstechnica.com/tweak/win2k/others/memory-1.html" for
system "tuning".
