I got it but how much do I get back, a dollar? Not worth the ink and paper and postage to send the letter back to them

I think they should refund me for not helping out with the buyer protection just because it was past 30 days. It takes at least that long to try to wait on an item to be delivered, then try to work it out with the seller. :)

dude, whoever did not get ripped off from paypal should just stop being greedy, there are tons of people that got ripped off for more than 50 bucks, and i think they deserve well over that so if only the people that actually got ripped off gets to divide the million bucks then it would be more helpful, i doubt it'll be much over 50, if not less, because of people that wants to fill out the form even though they never experienced any harm.

i personally was ripped off of 135 dollars because paypal refused to assist me, instead they sent me a bunch of bullshit links to report the fraud, and that didn't help. so this time paypal is getting what they deserve.

go for it! i had the same issue, and that kind of falls into the "unsatisfactory blah blah blah"/buyer protection

Guess I missed that one. I thought it was only for locked accounts or wrong transactions and such.

Guys, guys, guys....RTFA. Even if you were not harmed by PayPal as described, if you qualify as a class member you should file the Statutory Damage Fund Claim Form. $1million will be divided equally among all people filing such a form. This was done because PayPal was engaging in business practices that led to the lawsuit, meaning the likelihood was high that they would have screwed you over like a ton of other people. It's a punitive kind of thing.
Anyone else done this?
