Hey guys,

I'm looking to get a new keyboard. It seems like the Microsoft 4000 is a popular keyboard now, but its natural layout. Has anyone tried gaming on a natural keyboard? Is it awkward at all?

I'm looking at the MS 4000, comfort curve, and logitech media elite.

What do you guys recommend for a cheap keyboard?

Thanks,
Darren

I still have my old MS natural keyboard pro, and I still ove it. I even have another one sitting in the closet for when this one breaks.

It takes awhile to get used to using a natural keyboard, but once you get used to it, you cant ever go back to a regular one.

I game on one, a 400o I mean. Has not been a problem for me at all.

It is raised in the middle in addition to being just a split-key layout. As a result the buttons on the right side of the split are slightly harder to reach with your left hand. When playing a FPS game this is not big deal since all the keys you use are on the left side of the split anyway. The only games that I notice at all are Blizzard games when I group units or assign spells.
