A friend of mine used to make this awesome chicken, which was cooked in butter, and then it had paste on it made from ginger and onion puréed in a food processor. Are any other spices needed? When do you put the paste on the chicken? I presume someone here has cooked this before, and knows what the heck I am talking about. Thanks! I am hungry now.
 
Ok, funny thing happened while I was cooking this dish, my friend who makes it called. He told me what to do. You brown the chicken in butter, then simmer it in juice made by blending onion and ginger, then strainout the pulp.
