Of course it is! It's attitudes like your's that give Americans a bad name around the world. (Not that we haven't already-no thanks to our pratt of a leader in DC., but that's another story)

I think it's great to have others from other countries want to join our forums for the very same reason we get on forums - to chat, discuss, slam, etc. Besides, for an individual in Germany to start or join a thread is good practice for English, if that is the reason. However, The Boss has nearly 13,000 posts so I doubt English is the motive.

To the Boss, welcome. How's Germany? I lived in Rheinland Pfalz for over eight years and absolutely loved it. I would go back in a heartbeat. I used to live in Trippstadt and Gonbach, both very near K-Town. By the way, how has FCK been doing?

I lived in Grosskarolinenfeld (a bit outside Bad Aibling, about 45 minutes south of Munich) for four years, does that count? Went through all of high school there, went on trips to Berlin and Bad Kissingen (and a few trips to Italy).
