Anyone for a Bald-Eagle omlette??

I just found a little shop where I can pick up a bald-eagle omlette. I have never had one before and thought it would be very cool to try. I'm sure a few proods will be against the idea, but I doubt too many.

Just in case I am way off base though, I thought I'd get your opinion before I buy. Gross idea or mmmm good? What do you think and why? (the Why is more important!)

I have a feeling that's just the entree's name, I mean how often do people eat ostrich eggs? That would make one hell of an omlett.

Why isn't this in OT?

Lets see.. Thebald eagle is a protected species? Would you be violating the law? Where is this supposed restaraunt? When will you be eating there?

Have you ever heard of Rocky mountain oysters? They are cow balls, not oysters. I think The bald eagle omelet is something similar, a misnomer. Bald Eagles are protected and can't be eaten.
