Anyone for a Bald-Eagle omlette??

I just found a little shop where I can pick up a bald-eagle omlette. I have never had one before and thought it would be very cool to try. I'm sure a few proods will be against the idea, but I doubt too many.

Just in case I am way off base though, I thought I'd get your opinion before I buy. Gross idea or mmmm good? What do you think and why? (the Why is more important!)

edited because I can't type!

I have a feeling that's just the entree's name, I mean how often do people eat ostrich eggs? That would make one hell of an omlett.

Why isn't this in OT?

Lets see.. Thebald eagle is a protected species? Would you be violating the law? Where is this supposed restaraunt? When will you be eating there?

Do I sense some TROLLING on your behalf?

Have you ever heard of Rocky mountain oysters? They are cow balls, not oysters. I think The bald eagle omelet is something similar, a misnomer. Bald Eagles are protected and can't be eaten.
