I know the market is flat, but any tips from the pro's out there?
I was thinking of buying a cheap duplex and converting to an ADU when my own sweat equity and trying to sell it within 4 months.
I have a contractor that's willing to teach me how to remodel, so he would start things and I would finish them.
Any tax/loan/real estate agent advice?
