Anyone flash Geforce BIOS?

I am having some problems that are most likely driver or dx8 related. I have been using the "official" 12.41's and have been reading about how unstable they are. I am going to try the new 14.10's.

In my search for a solution I came accross a 3.15 BIOS flash for my GTS at nvmax and am curious if anyone has done this and if there were any benefits.

I did it to my Elsa Gladiac Geforce2 GTS about 6 moths ago. It was quite painless. pretty much like flashing the mobo bios. I got the bios update from Elsa though.
