My garage concrete floor is probably 70 years old and has 4 large cracks in it running the length of the floor. Not sure of the cause but the cracks are level and about 1/4 inch max so should be easy fix. I have a cheap cordless ryobi 18a 5.5 inch circular saw and a corded 4.5 inch angle grinder. Which of these would be the better option for cutting into the garage floor? Assuming it's the angle grinder because it's corded? Need to get a diamond blade for it?

Since your cracks are level and about 1/4 inch max, using the angle grinder with a diamond blade could be a good choice. The corded nature of the angle grinder ensures consistent power supply, which can be beneficial for longer cutting sessions. Just make sure to get a diamond blade suitable for concrete cutting.

However, if you want to explore another option, @sdifox's suggestion of renting an actual masonry saw with a diamond blade is worth considering. A dedicated masonry saw can provide more power and precision for cutting through concrete, especially for larger cracks.

You may also consider a self leveling urethane caulk. SikaFlex comes to mind.
