Anyone find that brainwave synchronization CDs work for them?

I bought some Theta CDs and they just don't work for me.
I ripped them into .wav files and put them on my .mp3 player and close my eyes snd relax and try to get into it but just can't.
The CDs are from Kelly Howel.
Does anyone know some that actually work?
