Since I'm not using the RAID controller I'd like to disable the RAID Bios at bootup. Anyone figure out how that's done? I dont' have the 20sec delay that many people are talking about, I just have the useless fasttrack bios display that I could live without.

Anyone?

This is probably not the reply you're looking for but if it's convenient I would simply exchange the MB for the non-RAID variety. I'm sure someone in the Forsale/Trade forum here would love that swap.

I've read everything posted in a newsgroup for the last couple of weeks on this MB and have seen nothing that would indicate that it's possible to turn it off. Sorry... Now that I have my individual HDDs setup on the FASTTRAK (in a non-RAID setup) I love the extra channels. It's painful for us non-RAID guys but it is possible.

Yeah, so nobody knows the way to disable it.
If you have a full tower or has a plan to upgrade for full tower case, you better keep this board.
I can't use the regular IDE cable on My 1 hdd and 2 cd roms, it's two short on my Antec sx830. But with this turbo, I can put the two cd drives with its own cableon Ide 1 and 2, and the hdd on raid channel.
