Anyone familiar with Windows Storage Spaces and recovery?

I had a 3x3TB Windows Storage Space setup and running for years. I was in the process of decommissioning it - moving all data from it to a new unRaid server. I was able to move enough data from it to remove 2 of the HDDs from the setup and did so successfully within Windows. Then I went to physically unplug those 2 HDDs and did so. rebooted into Windows and my Storage Space (and the data on that final HDD) were not showing up at all.

I can't get Windows to recognize that Storage Space anymore so I'm trying (desperately) to get the data off that last HDD still. Are there ANY scan/recovery tools that will do it? I've been trying with GetDataBack (older version) with no success thus far.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Supposedly that can recover data from Storage Spaces arrays. That said, you've basically removed 2 drives in a 3 drive RAID0 array, so I wouldn't be terribly hopeful about data recovery.

That's the same software I've found.

As for removing the drives, in Windows Storage Space Manager you can remove the drives within the software - which I did.
Windows move data from the drive your removing to the remaining drives in the "array"
So I went from 3x3TB HDD.
Removed 1 within the software leaving me with data now across the remaining 2 HDDs
I then removed 1 of those HDDs within the software which moved all the data to the last HDD.
It wasn't RAID0 at that point.
