Anyone Familiar with the North Orlando Area?

Wife and I are looking to move there at the end of the month. Flying down this weekend to check out a few rental properties. Looking in the Winter Park and Oviedo areas.

Any recommendations on communities, companies, or complexes would be great. We'd prefer to rent a townhome, but can do an apartment. A garage is a must.

Anything under $1200 or so would be ideal.
