I am doing stripping... on two Maxtor 80GB

I have set everything up..
but the drive did not appear in my windows 2000

any idea why?

Only ideia that comes to mind is drivers???

Are you using the correct drivers for the Raid Controller???
You need to supply drivers so that windows can recognize the Raid configuration!!

alright, i have finally sort out how it is...

the drive is there, but when i first try to format it, it said the drive is too big after a long time formating.

i have two 80GB.. is it really too big for FAT32?

or should i set the packets smaller? advice please...
i will be mostly using this for big files..

I think theres a limitation on FAT32 implementation of w2k that only allow partitions
up to 32 or 36GB, I could be wrong but this might be the problem!!

Try using NTFS..... but remenber that if you are installing w2k for the first
time, the system partition size will have limitations!!
