Anyone familiar with Norton Ghost?

yeh I know all about it, it was on an episode of ghost hunters last week.

Basiclly I want to be able to enable the Network Boot option on a computer, and have it contact the ghost server we have running...as to eliminate the need for a boot disk. I remember doing this when i worked at my school, we could just power on the machines and they would recognize the ghost server from boot...no disk needed, and start ghosting.

that would be cool.... I use usb boot keys....

it isn't strictly a part of ghost
my ghost 8 box came with a 3com boot services CD , you need to setup PXE and TFTP services on your file server (ghost server) and then workstations that have PXE enabled NIC's can boot to the the PXE server, download a boot image via the TFTP server and run that boot image, typically a boot disk image, which you can then use to either manually of automated (read the help files on the CD) boot to ghost to reimage the client
