I see it lets you create newsletters easily...but I can't get it to put the proper name of each person I send to the newsletter to. It will send the email to all people i select, but each of them will see the same email, not one customized for them based on their contact info.
Just learning CRM on my own so far, seems like it could be quite handy if i can get it to work right. Basically want it to do a mail merge to several of our clients for a monthly/weekly newsletter.
