Posted in Off-Topic, but I guess I will try here as well

I am implementing a firewall for a small business, and while I was playing with it, I guess I disabled my access into it.. lol.. Anyway, support is very limited, and I found a website that mentioned that it had a console tool to help if you can't admin it via the web.. however they did not mention what that tool was.. Anyone have any ideas?

According to this, it looks like just a plain null-modem cable. You should be able to use tera-term or hyperterminal on Windows to connect through it or tip through a Unix-like system.

Hope that helps!

funny seeing you here.. 🙂
I can still get on the console and get a prompt, but I have no idea which program launches the configurator locally

Ahh, now I see. Duh. 😛

What are you trying to configure? You can probably do it by hand. The link I gave you can also be used to check out their other docs.

Not exactly sure what happend.. All I did was delete the DMZ zone on the firewall and now I cannot access it via the web.. However I still have LAN/WAN/FW zones and I am on the lan side.. My guess is I was shirt-tailing on the DMZ zone (which is non-existant) and the permissions for the lan side were locked all the way down.. So now I need to get in and either:
1) re-setup the DMZ zone -or-
2) configure the LAN zone
